Can you walk from Northpark mall (Dallas) to the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa?

It is suppose to be "Across the street," but I don't know if that means across the highway.|||it is just south across northwest highway and there is a light there where you can cross|||yeah! its just a busy street but you can easily cross!!
