Can Elizabeth Arden Prevage help or reduce acne (not scars but actual acne)? Does it aggrivate acne?

I'm experiencing some adult acne and it is driving me crazy. I'm just wondering if this product will help in any way.|||It is anti-aging product, so it will help with fine lines and wrinkles and it also helps with lightening of post acne marks. I was on the show at Nordstrom when Prevage was presented.
